Fall and Halloween....

The weather has finally cooled down a bit...

We can actually enjoy the Arizona outdoors without melting! Yes!!

Fall is here or fast approaching...

This is my favorite time of year!

Cool weather, Caramel apples, Halloween costumes, Fall Festivals, Boots, Baking,

and Fall Decorations...

This "cooler" weekend prompted "Fall cleaning mode"...

I spent the whole weekend cleaning out my house and proud to say I have 6 bags FULL of goodwill ~~clutter~~ goodies to donate...

I swear I tell myself to go through the house every month to toss things we don't need, and every month...

.I procrastinate...

Once I had a clean house, I brought in my huge box of Halloween Decor....

Up goes my fall wreaths on the front and side doors...

Then the eerie Halloween Spider Web lights I bought on sale at Target 2 years ago...

These have been my boys favorite for the last two years...We love these lights...

I know it might be a little early, but I love to enjoy holidays as much as I can...Especially with all the decor I have...It's a process to put them up, as well as take down...so my theory is...If I put them up earlier, I don' t have to take them down as fast....

I actually created this next one over the weekend! I picked up a pack of black cardstock at Michaels and went to town...I'm in love with the finished product and my 7 and 4 year old were so excited to see these flying around our house....

image via bhg.com How about this next idea? Decoupage old book pages to the back of window panes. Print out a shadow picture of a scarecrow and paste! Maybe even try this idea with inexpensive frames from IKEA?
