A Sneak Peak...

Happy Holidays All!
We thought we'd show you some sneak peaks of the project we are finishing up on Oregon Avenue. These aren't professional, some are a little dark and taken with my phone..
It's for a young couple in a super cute vintage neighborhood.
What do you think??
 In the Kitchen, we put in new wood counter tops,
gorgeous octagon tiles, a new faucet, window moulding,
and valances to bring in some softness and color.
{side note: The valances are going to be pinned back so that they don't pull away so
much from the sides of the window.}
 The Butler's Pantry is right off the kitchen, and we kept the gorgeous green color throughout. We love to really make these areas shine..Gorgeous zig zag wallpaper, a bench (to be outfitted with a velvet green cushion, and wine storage underneath) The other side is a cute built in with glass cabinets.. They plan on using this area as a cute spot to pour a little drink, sit and chat.
This is the Nook. It's a small room right off of the Butler's pantry and here we decided to make it a little more neutral, but will add punches of color in pillows and art. Still big on personality, we found a gorgeous light fixture to take center stage. A banquette was designed to hold lots of guests for get togethers! The floor tile is actually tile that looks like wood planks in an aged grey teak finish.
In the Bath we added a burst of color to the window valance..
A gorgeous fabric that keeps with the green color that we have going on in the rest of the house.
We added these gorgeous shell pendants to hang over his and hers mirrors, and a
 penny round detail to the floor and bath.. those pictures to come soon!

XO,
Jen
